- Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
- Track project costs and ensure accurate budgeting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Process invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
- Financial Analysis:
- Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.
- Tax Compliance:
- Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
- Stay current on tax regulations and advise on compliance issues.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on budget variances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant in the construction industry.
- Proficient in accounting software, with expertise in QuickBooks preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
