As a leading player in the construction industry, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a commitment to financial excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Track project costs and ensure accurate budgeting.
• Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process invoices and receipts in a timely manner.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.
• Tax Compliance:
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
  • Stay current on tax regulations and advise on compliance issues.
• Budgeting:
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and report on budget variances.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an accountant in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software, with expertise in QuickBooks preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
