Responsibilities:

• Assist in Construction Projects:
  • Work under the direction of supervisors and skilled trades to support construction tasks.
  • Carry out physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and materials handling.
• Site Maintenance:
  • Keep construction sites clean and organized.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Material Handling:
  • Load and unload materials from trucks.
  • Transport materials to and from construction sites.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment as directed.
  • Follow safety guidelines for equipment operation.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.

Qualifications:

• Physical Fitness:
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team Player:
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks.
• Reliability:
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
